Here is another recipe from “Tasty” that we tried. Like I said in an earlier post, we just love these cookbooks. You also tend to see them flash by on Facebook,….. check them out sometime, you won’t regret it.
This dish is so good and the presentation is very flashy. Great for a dinner party or an outdoor/backyard luau.
The recipe doesn’t call for Cashews but I wanted a crunch to the dish. It really worked.
