We have tried over the years to make Tempura. Usually its the batter that is our problem. This time however we found a recipe that resolved our issues. I think it was the combination of using all purpose flour and rice flour. The dipping sauce was excellent too. We served Shrimp, Green Beans and Asparagus. Garnish with Mint, Lime and Scallions.
