In October of 2022, Jon and I went on a fabulous cruise in the Adriatic and Ionian Sea. (see previous posts) One of the ports was for Ancient Olympia. We had been there before so we did a shore excursion to Magna Grecia an Agricultural Tourism wonderland. When we arrived at 9:00 a.m. we were treated to a glass of their white wine from the vineyard and some home made olive bread. If you know my husband you know he hates olives. Lo and behold he loved this bread. We came across a recipe for “said bread” and we want to share it with you. Enjoy. It is delicious.

This Olive bread goes well with white or red wine and a Mediterranean style Charcuterie Board.
