Mushroom and Boursin Puff Pastry Tart

I came upon this recipe from a friend on Facebook. Mike you know who you are…..! Anyway, it looked delicious and easy. (My kind of meal) It is classified as an appetizer but add a salad and you have a complete meal.

We made two additions to the Puff Pastry tart. We minced a couple of garlic cloves and put a few sprigs of Rosemary on top.

This is a dish you can make quickly and if you have a couple of ingredients on hand, you are set to go. We almost always have fresh mushrooms and some frozen Puff Pastry. By the way if you haven’t heard of Boursin before, you can find it in the deli section of your grocery store. It is a whipped-herbed cheese. Yum!
