My husband Jon was never a big fan of Brussels Sprouts, but we have found a few recipes that have changed his mind. This is one. We are actually having them tonight with a Roasted Turkey Breast.

I think that the next time I make this…..which is tonight…..I will garnish with smaller cuts of green onion. Just speaking off the top of my head, I’ve never met an onion I didn’t like….so the bigger the better and more is even better than that.
