For many years I had heard of Panzanella Salad and thought, that sounds like a lot of bread. But now……who cares. One of our dearest friends has taken up a new hobby during the pandemic and that is making her own Sourdough Bread. Her husband brews homemade Beer. Perfect combination right?

Tip: If the Chorizo is partially frozen it makes it easier to cut and remain in its casing.
