Book: Ward D

A medical student is forced to spend the night on the locked Ward D which holds a terrible secret.
Our menu was interesting to say the least. I made a Charcuterie Board with the main feature being “Mixed Nuts”. Dee Dee made PB&J sandwiches because one of the inmates decided to spread Strawberry Jelly all over himself to make the Doctors think it was blood and JoAnne made Peach Ice Tea spiked with Peach schnapps. The main character in the book had an obsession with that drink! Babs ordered Raviolis and Salad from DaVinci’s just because it is delicious and we all love it. Jeanine made home french bread. We always have a wonderful luncheon……and rarely in an insane asylum!
We all really liked this book and we, as a group, have decided to read more of this author’s work. Thank you for the recommendation JoAnne.
