We used to get the Italian Chopped Salad at Corner Bakery in Woodland Hills when we lived there. We have since lived in London and ten years ago we relocated back to Northern California. We were very excited to have a Corner Bakery open here in Elk Grove, but alas, they didn’t make it through the pandemic. So, we decided to learn how to make our own. It is delicious. Time consuming, because of all the slicing and dicing, but worth it.
