Mocha Cookies
Cream: 1 Cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Shortening
Add: 1 beaten egg
1/3 Cup cocoa
1/2 Cup cold coffee
1/2 tsp. salt
Add: 1 tsp. baking powder sifted in 2 Cup flour.
Nuts and raisins may be added. Bake in a hot oven.
