I came across a recipe from Ina Garten, the Barefoot Contessa, that I just had to try. It has all the ingredients that spell COMFORT to me…….especially the stuffing. (I love bread like Oprah!)
Thanksgiving is near and I love the stuffing we make, so this dish is not going to replace that, but it is another way to say LOVE during Covid 19. You may need to cut down the recipe a bit if you are just cooking for a small group so be aware of that……or not if you are really hungry or want leftovers.
