I love Garlic. It enhances everything. I typically go for savory over sweet and Garlic is my go to spice in any form, fresh, powdered, salted you name it. I recently came across a quote that just says it all. Ready? Here it is:
“Tomatoes and Oregano make it Italian. Wine and Tarragon make it French. Sour Cream makes it Russian. Lemon and Cinnamon make it Greek. Soy Sauce makes it Chinese. GARLIC makes it good.”
