This recipe is affectionately named after our neighbor when we lived in Stockton, California. They lived down the street from us and her son Nathan and our son Joey were best friends. We would take turns hosting dinners so that the kids could play and we really enjoyed their company. The photo above was taken by my daughter Nikki who is a photographer and professional dancer. This recipe is one of her favorites. Without further adieu, here is the recipe for Tonda Bread.
One Loaf of French Bread
Butter
Minced Garlic
Mayonaise
Jack and Cheddar Cheese
Cube butter and melt with minced garlic. Add 1 cup of mayonaise, jack and cheddar cheese that is grated. Melt together on the stove. Slap on the bread and broil till bubbly.
And there you have it. Enjoy
