This dish was delicious. Garlic is 100% in my Comfort Food vocabulary. If the recipe calls for 2 cloves, it gets 4, sometimes 5. One of our favorite restaurants is “The Stinking Rose”. There is one in San Francisco and one in Beverly Hills. We have not been to the one in San Francisco, but we frequented the Beverly Hills location a number of times. (Of course the stinking rose is referring to garlic!)

Anyway, this recipe is from Food Network. They suggest this dish is good for Valentine’s Day if your significant other is a garlic lover. “Love me, Love my garlic breath!”……..ME
